US Navy Silent Service Submariner

U.S. Navy Submariner is an original design from my My Town Art Vintage Collection, created nearly 20 years ago and still carrying the strength and character that inspired the collection.

I wanted this piece to honor the quiet courage and tradition of the American submariner while capturing the nostalgic look of vintage military advertising. Weathered textures, distressed surfaces, and classic naval imagery give it the feeling of a piece that has traveled through time.

What makes this artwork especially meaningful to me is its history within my own work. Two decades later, it still represents what I love about Americana: heritage, service, strength, and timeless graphic design. I have been to Annapolis and New London , birthplace of the modern American Submarine, I have a cousin who worked on the tow radar systems and I have a great respeect for anyone who serves .
